The singer Britney Spears will kick off a lot of European tour dates however she is not making plans to do any concerts on her birthday. She wants to celebrate her turning 30 with a bang. She has been in the media a lot and sometimes the feedback hasn’t been so good although she hung in there and didn’t quit or let it get her down. She is getting older now and setting her priorities straight. And yet, she is still one of pop music’s most listened to singers.

Graziano was a passenger in Nick’s Toyota Supra during the 2007 car crash. The injuries he sustained at the crash left him in a semiconscious state. He is expected to spend the rest of his life in a nursing home.

His parents sued Nick, 19, real name Nicholas Bollea, after the wrestler’s son spent five months in jail. Hulk and ex-wife Linda were also named in the suit, but Linda has already settled her portion last month.

The Graziano family’s attorney, Kim Kohn, told E! News, “We reached a settlement that was agreeable to all parties. We are very happy because our goal all along was to ensure that John was provided with the appropriate care for the rest of his life. And the settlement will do that.”

Kohn added that it was “very positive” that Hulk came during the negotiation last week, saying, “He wanted to try to be there for John.”

Mulligan won Best Actress for her role in “An Education” and said that she “didn’t imagine in a million years that this would happen.” Firth won Best Actor for his portrayal as a gay academic in Tom Ford’s “A Single Man,” which is set in 1960s Los Angeles. When accepting the award, Firth, 49, thanked the director for leaving him “resuscitated, a little more worldly, better groomed, more fragrant and more nominated than one has ever been before.”

The 3-D flick “Avatar” was nominated for eight awards but only received two, with James Cameron being snubbed by his ex-wife for the Best Director Award. “Up In The Air” took best adapted screen play, whilst Christoph Waltz won best supporting actor for his role in Quentin Tarantino’s “Inglourious Basterds.”

The only award voted for by the public was the rising star award, which was awarded to Kristen Stewart. At the start of the night’s proceeding, Prince William was announced as the new president of BAFTA and during his introductory speech, he joked that he had to “keep this brief” otherwise Mickey Rourke “might wrestle me off the stage.”

Barrino was reading her fan mail after a performance of her play “The Color Purple” at the Pantages Theater in Los Angeles on Friday when she got hold of the letter.

Her manager told TMZ that the message was loaded with racial slurs and a line that reads “go back where you came from and die.”

The writer claimed he used to work for the network as a security personnel while Barrino was competing on “American Idol.”

Although Barrino said she will not be “defeated by one isolated person’s hatred,” they aren’t taking any chances. The theater has strengthened security around her and all over the venue.

The singer rose to fame as the season three champ of the Fox reality competition show in 2004.

The A-list star is urging the U.S. leader to act on the ongoing human rights issues in Sudan in a special Newsweek editorial.

The 34-year-old actress and activist said she supports the current administration, saying, “Like many Americans, I support the administration’s willingness to engage diplomatically, even with regimes we abhor. And I believe President Obama and his special envoy Scott Gration will do their best to bring peace to the region.”

But she also urges Obama to act on the issues soon.

“While the administration maintained it will not deal with al-Bashir or any other official charged with arrest, it has not yet announced any serious moves to enforce the decision of the ICC and execute its warrants.”

“Their policy, though, raises a number of questions. How is the Obama administration’s approach to Sudan an evolution of justice? In addition, when the administration says it intends to work to ‘improve the lives of the people of Darfur,’ I would like to know what that means, besides the obvious point that their lives could hardly get worse.”

Jolie, a Goodwill Ambassador for the UN Refugee Agency, wrote the editorial on Human Rights Day on Thursday, the same day Obama received his Nobel Peace Prize.

Anderson was scheduled to start a two-week stint as the Genie of the Lamp in “Aladdin.” The show is being held at London’s New Wimbledon Theatre.

The former “Baywatch” actress was supposed to take over the role from Ruby Wax on December 15, but Wax will reportedly continue to star in the role until Anderson is ready to take on the part.

On Tuesday night’s show, the former “Dark Angel” star said that her parents almost named her after the “Charlie’s Angels” star. Her mother looked like the late actress and they thought that she would also resemble her.

But all that was changed when her Latino father saw her for the first time.

She told the host, “My name was Farrah Dawn Luisa Alba. On my birth certificate, it was written out, and I came out brown. And my dad was like ’she’s not allowed to be Farrah.’ On my first birth certificate, it’s a scratch and he wrote Jessica Marie. My dad named me.”

She then joked to Lopez that if she was named Farrah, she wouldn’t be allowed in his show.

Lopez replied, “We’d probably be talking at an RV show right now.”
