Hilary Duff Celebrates Charlotte Ronson

She’s always up on the latest fashions, and last night (August 20) Hilary Duff was spotted at the I “Heart” Ronson soiree in New York City.

The “War, Inc.” actress looked stunning as she made her way past the paparazzi, sporting a black short sleeved top with black stretch Capri shorts and a silk scarf.

Miss Duff is just back from a trip to Bogota, Columbia where she distributed 3,000 bags of food as part of her Blessings in a Backpack program.

And coming up this fall, Hilary will be a guest star on the hit CW show “Gossip Girl,” playing an actress who enrolls at NYU.
