Hulk Hogan And Nick Settle Lawsuit With Car Crash Victim

Hulk Hogan and son Nick have settled the civil lawsuit filed against them by the family of Nick’s car crash victim, John Graziano. The terms of the agreement remain confidential.

Graziano was a passenger in Nick’s Toyota Supra during the 2007 car crash. The injuries he sustained at the crash left him in a semiconscious state. He is expected to spend the rest of his life in a nursing home.

His parents sued Nick, 19, real name Nicholas Bollea, after the wrestler’s son spent five months in jail. Hulk and ex-wife Linda were also named in the suit, but Linda has already settled her portion last month.

The Graziano family’s attorney, Kim Kohn, told E! News, “We reached a settlement that was agreeable to all parties. We are very happy because our goal all along was to ensure that John was provided with the appropriate care for the rest of his life. And the settlement will do that.”

Kohn added that it was “very positive” that Hulk came during the negotiation last week, saying, “He wanted to try to be there for John.”
