Miley Cyrus: Burbank Babe

Making the most of some rare downtime, Miley Cyrus was spotted hamming it up with some fans in Burbank, California yesterday (August 23).

The “Hannah Montana” actress posed for pics following a personal pampering session at a nail salon with her sister Brandi, mom Tish, and pal Kirsten.

From there, Miley & Co. opted for some delicious libations at the nearby Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf before hitting up an Army surplus store.

And it seems it was a banner day for Miss Cyrus who tweeted, “@thebrandicyrus and I are having the best day ever! Sushi, Shopping, Coffee Bean, Nails, and a b-day party for Dad!”
